These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for shopping with us. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Payments. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

2. Shipping. We currently ship within the U.S. mainland and Hawaii. Pre-orders shipping will be notified. In stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS and/or UPS at current carrier rates. Best efforts to ship within 5 days of purchase. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

3. Returns & Exchanges. Returns are not accepted as all items are limited run drops.

4. Pre-Orders. Some products may be available for pre-order in limited drops. Estimated ship dates will be provided, but may be subject to change.

5. Product Information. Comfort Colors® products are 100% soft ring-spun cotton and garment-dyed. Wash in cold or warm water.

6. Giving Back. Every Tee sold supports communities in need around the planet. Talk story with us and your passion may benefit from our sales.

7. Limitation of Liability. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.

8. Intellectual Property. All content on this site (designs, logos, photos, text) is the property of typewrite(her) tees and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
